MeToo; Personal Power—2018
(or a museum quality plant stand)
This is a follow-up to the Statue of Liberty—shaped from of a fine, big chunk of old building pine. I designed it as a base for a head, but with the #MeToo movement’s emergence in October of ’17 and a special meaning directed to me of the term “Personal Power”, I have decided to leave it headless and anonymous for now. It sits on two steatite rocks and is 66” tall.
